The Chemical is a Benchmark 4 ”Green” if ALL of the following are true:
· low P (ready biodegradability) or inert (recalcitrant) + low B + low human health hazard across all endpoints + low acute or chronic aquatic toxicity (+ additional ecotoxicity endpoints when available)
· all endpoints filled with test data and/or estimates from models, analogs and/or expert judgment; chemical information meets REACH Level 3 data requirements
